Dale Farm - it started and it's nearly over

Well we knew it was coming and when it started the level of violence from the baliffs was way beyond what we had expected.  I sit here typing this on my iphone with a massive cut to the head and bruises everywhere.

The fight was over almost as quickly as it started, they came at us from five different points and we could not block every part of the camp, in addition a lot of the residents had left over the past few days so there were a lot less people than the last time we expected an eviction.

I will always have great memories of Dale Farm and the people but in the end there was not enough of us to stop the attack, maybe if more had been here we could have held out and made it uneconomical for them to continue but it was not to be.

From what was once Dale Farm - Goodbye, I'm off to hospital
