Man steals £76,000 from sick children fund with minimal jail term

Howard Rose, 63, used his position as administrator of the Yorkshire Children's Hospital Fund to steal £76,040 from the charity, which provides paediatric equipment in the area. He received 15 months in jail. A looter caught stealing a £3.50 bottle of water received 6 months.
