Bashir the butcher of Darfur travels at will despite ICC arrest warrant

Mandy | 08.09.2011 23:40 | Anti-militarism | Anti-racism | Repression | World

It is an outrage that the architect of the genocide and ethnic cleansing of Darfurians and now responsible for bombings in South Kordofan may travel with impunity outside Sudan.

Bashir travelled to Turkey in 2008 where he was guest of honour of Erdogan's government. Earlier this year the corrupt tyrant of Egypt Mubarak also honoured him when Bashir made a state visit to Egypt before Mubarak was deposed in the Arab Spring.

Now Chad is hosting this tyrant for the second time!

The mass murderer of Darfur and South Kordofan must not be allowed to travel at will. The Organisation of African Unity as well as the Arab League must be made to change their instructions to governments to protect this fugitive from international justice.

Show the evidence

What evidence, any evidence, have you to back these claims of genocide?

Show it here, any of it.

Meanwhile, the former Sudan is now split in two, its resources divided and the paths to export its natural wealth blocked and controlled by the western imperial powers.

Plenty of isreali 'humanitarian' assistants on the ground though.

Where are the ICC warrants for the mass murders in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya?

Silence descends ...

Evidence for Bashir's Genocide

George Clooney just in case you really are ignorant of the genocide and war crimes committed in Darfur you can apart from the article on the Witness Human Rights blog follow the following Wiki link with much evidence of the crimes committed by Sudan:

 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_in_Darfur

South Kordofan is also being subjected right now to bombing by Sudan's air force with Sudanese tanks and soldiers destroying villages there.

The UN is also calling for Sudan to end its ethnic cleansing in South Kordofan

"Francis Deng, the U.N. special envoy for the prevention of genocide, and Edward Luck, a U.N. special adviser on the responsibility to protect, in a message to Khartoum, called for an immediate end to the assault on South Kordofan.

"We remind the government of Sudan of its responsibility to protect its populations, irrespective of their ethnic, religious or political affiliation, from genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity," they said in a statement."

Most likely "George Clooney" is working from the Sudanese embassy. Shame on you. Ask your president to stop murdering the innocent and go to the Hague where he is wanted by the ICC to face trial for war crimes and genocide in Darfur.
