LCC promotes defence industry at Fortnum and Mason

After apparently cancelling its Middle East defence seminar at the RBS headquarters on 8 September, the London Chamber of Commerce has found a new venue to promote defence sales – Fortnum and Mason!
It has just announced details of its 2011 Winter Reception – a 'festive' event which 'offers guests an unrivalled networking experience in the company of fellow senior professionals'.
Its aim is to help ‘generate new business contacts, network with your peers and entertain clients and colleagues, whilst enjoying the exquisite surroundings of Fortnum & Mason. You will meet and have the opportunity to promote your business to 100 like minded professionals from an array of industries, including advertising, banking, DEFENCE AND SECURITY, education, healthcare, IT, leisure and tourism, marketing and media, professional services, property and construction, retail and telecommunications' (my emphasis).
