Tuesday 23 August:

Yobs set fire to three bins in Newton in the space of an hour.

Firefighters were called out at 2.30am on Tuesday to a bin alight on St Mary's Road.

Two bins were torched on nearby Talbot Road an hour later.

May their names be placed on a plaque on a giant monument on top of a hill so that we may all remember their brave action on this date from now to eternity. They should all be given the George Cross for this brave action against the evil state which clearly a hairs breadth from toppling under the strain of our brave comrades efforts.
