No it isn't. Sharia law is already widespread in civil cases. And there is plenty of demand for it to be in law too.

No it isn't. Martial law is when the military gets involved to enforce the law. Last time i checked I havnt seen the military around our streets (unlike muslim countries such as Iran, Egypt, Syria, Libya - oooppss i've just appeared to blow your reasoning out of the water. It would appear muslim countries are under martial law wouldn't it?)
