Picking on individuals because of their nationality would be illegal.

As far as I know, there is no obligation for British establishments to train any foreign national. And taking account of a person's natinality when making decisions is not illegal (rightly or wrongly). For example, see this about conditions that are unique to people from Turkey when coming to Britain  http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/turkish/

But even so, it's not their nationality that makes this wrong. It's that they belong to an organisation - the Bahraini Army who is currently brutally repressing people - that means they should be excluded from Sandhurst.

belong to an organisation

Nobody "belongs" to an organisation.

This protest is promoting the use of borders and nationalities to control people and it must be stopped.

No borders - no nations
