Mr. David Joe Neilson has fully explained the case and presented total proof of the Police,s cover up to his MP Simon Kirby. Plus proof that he has been denied his basic human rights. Plus how his life has been destroyed for do his public duty.
Simon Kirby mp has contacted the Theresa May the Home Secretary as there a wider range of major issues involved from a murder witness receiving death threats from Sussex Police.

Plus major corruption within Sussex Police Authority this is already proven by the investigation Sir John Hoddinott, the Chief Constable of Hampshire Constabulary in to the shooting of James Ashley later found "suggestive evidence of collusion between some or all of the chief officers of the Sussex force to conceal what they already knew, and that an arguable case of attempting to pervert the course of justice might be made out. Hoddinott also said that there was evidence of criminal malfeasance and falsehood, neglect of duty, The corrupt members of Sussex Police Authority completely disregarded his report. The then Home Secretary Jack Straw mp stepped in to have Paul Whitehouse sacked.

Katrina Taylors mother, Kathy said 'I am disgusted how this has turned out. It has destroyed my faith in the justice system and the police. My daughter was stabbed to death and no one has been made to pay. I won't rest until they are.

The Taylors are also Simon Kirbys Mp for Kemptown constituents.

Katrina Taylor was found stabbed to death in a graveyard in July 1996. Despite a big police inquiry and two Crown Court trials, no one has been found guilty of her murder.
Campaigners believe this is because of the local force’s failure to investigate the crime properly was their involvement with Mark Slade aka Marcel Sulc a Sussex Drug Barron ( who is top mason)who’s gang members murdered Katrina and who drug profits go into buying up properties see  http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2002/sep/01/martinbright.tonythompson They want a full investigation by the I.P.C.C

The campaigners have uncovered evidence that they say links the murder to a fraud gang operating out of nearby Peacehaven and claim this has not been properly investigated.
A spokesperson for Sussex Police said: 'The police thoroughly investigated this murder. The file remains open, and if anyone has information we would urge them to come forward.' But as we can see will not interveiw Mr. Neilson are allow him to report any crimes. Simon Kirby mp is fully aware of the FACT.
