The Great British (animal exploiting) Circus is coming to Nottingham again from 10th to 22nd May

It's that time of year again. 'That time' being the annual visit of the Great British Circus to the Japanese Water Gardens at Toton.

The circus may be British but there's certainly nothing great about it. It is one of the few such shows that still exploits animals for public amusement.

Such shows should have been consigned to history long ago along with bear-baiting, performing monkeys and fairground freak shows.

I would appeal to anyone with a shred of decency of compassion reading this, not to visit this circus of shame and to encourage anyone else you know to do the same.
