With meltdowns in at least three reactors and at least one spent fuel pool at Fukushima, Tepco is either in denial or is simply in typical corporate "Limited Liability" mode dealing with the global public as if the only thing that is important is the public image of the company. When in fact what is happening is a deadly global health emergency that is getting worse and worse every day that proper action is not taken. The radioactive fallout from Fukushima is not safe and will add millions to the list of those made ill and killed by nuclear power. The people of the world must now demand that the Chernobyl Option be put into play and begin a complete entombment of the Fukushima 1, 2, 3, and 4 reactors in concrete, placing millions of tons of lead laden concrete underneath the effected reactors so the molten fissile material is at least slowed down in it's melt down process.

Nuclear power = death. Err..... Considering the article is referencing the Japan incident, has anyone actually died? No. This is grossly inaccurate and scaremongering for scaremongering sakes. NO ONE HAS DIED therefore nuclear power != death
Also, what about cancer treatments?
Such substances can only come from nuclear reactors.

If it left "HOT" for 6 months 400,000 will get cancer. Every day Tepco fiddles more people will die!
The fact that the metalwork burst, I doubt the water pumping option would actually work. Its just gonna spill everywhere.
The thermal images from US UAVs show alot of the rods have melted and made a molton mess.
Reactor buildings 3 & 4 are easy to pump in concrete from above. 1 & 2 are alot harder to access, but it needs to be done. The buildings already have 2 meter thick walls, just fill in the rest of the structure.
You mentioned lead, they should also consider boron/graphite agregate.
In japan alot of people are starting to question this major decision. It should not be left to some tepco manager, whos interests are salvaging rusty old fuel rods, and building the new reactors 7 & 8 on the site.
