Mitie offices attacked in Hartcliffe

Pissed off | 18.04.2011 09:33 | Public sector cuts

15-20 windows smashed at Mitie offices in Hartcliffe.

15-20 windows smashed at Mitie offices in Hartcliffe. The reason this was done is because this company profits from the recession. Solidarity with everybody arrested on the 26 March anti-cuts demo. We echo the call from those who attacked the Shell HQ last week for a heightening of resistance this summer.

Attack those who profit from slavery please.

How do they "profit from the recession"?

If you walking hardons want to help, trash the bastards who are profiting from the government's "project work" forced labour scheme. But make sure you consult with the people who are actually on the sodding thing first, you don't want to end up smashing the slaves' coffee machine or something.

what recession?

18.04.2011 10:01

do you mean that one that finished back in mid 2009?

Respect to those who act...

18.04.2011 10:54

Anon - why don't you go and attack something yourself instead of whinging, nitpicking and being insulting to people brave enough to fight. You and the other flaccid pricks who spend their entire time commenting on and generally belittling other people's actions on the comments pages should be shot.

Good action. Well done.

Good Action

To 'Good Action' and 'Anon'...

18.04.2011 12:26

This was a good action and always worth doing, and all the better for it that whoever did it avoided some pseudo-French insurrectionary justification for it.

About the criticism, yeah, the one above by 'anon' is stupid, there's always better targets, but criticism of actions/groups/campaigns per se is not bad 'Good Action', so don't throw the baby out with the bathwater, as some criticisms are pretty useful and valid.

Not everybody that posts critical comments on here are trolls or cops, some are just radicals looking for better ways of doing things, and ongoing constructive criticism is useful and needed, keep on with it!

And just as a note 'Good Action', 'flaccid pricks' and 'should be shot', I mean, really?! Please think about it...

"Should be shot" - how revealing!

18.04.2011 13:25

And so the authoritarian, totalitarian personality reveals itsself. Everyone who doesn't agree with you should be shot. Extreme machismo (so much so that feminists routinely posts complainst about macho and sexist behaviour) and paranoia are the norm from these alleged "anarchists" selling their pathetic acts of petty vandalism as "revolutionary activity". If anyone is holding up change or keeping people from challenging the system it is people like you, who convince us by your actions and words that however bad capitalism gets, there are even worse people waiting in the wings to take over.

Well done for taking this action!

Don't kill all the trolls, only the government minders

It may be a false alarm in this instance, but there is a point in this raging cry for help which cannot be denied: If a person has systematically abused the power of the state to follow your communications, invade your social networks, penetrate your life, and - on top of all that - abuse you in anonymity, then that person is as much part of you as a cancer and it requires appropriate treatment. When the total transparency of the citizen in the information society implies isolation torture cannot only be applied against solitary confinement prisoners, but against anyone in his own daily life, there can be no distinction between conventional torture and the invisible torture of the mind. Do the tortured have a right to give their torturers a thumps down? Sure they have!

I don't think you understand the meaning of "public"

19.04.2011 21:49

Listen, this is a public board. If you don't want "The Man" (or just people who don't slavishly agree with everything you say) posting on it, make it members only. Simple!
