Thousands of black block anarchists will descend on central London on April the 29th to seriously disrupt the royal wedding celebrations. Spread the word and come down to central London on April the 29th. Get there before 11am before the royal procession starts.

It seems as if the media are determined to create an anarchist protest where there is none. You're either trying to stir up a demo on behalf of a newspaper or naive.

I agree with other commenters that this interview with an 'anarchist organiser' may well be a fake. After all, who would be dumb enough to talk to the Standard and pose with a hammer, surgical gloves etc, and give away info on black bloc tactics? I suspect this could either be a police divide and rule ruse, ie, giving fake info to the media in a bid to stoke up tension and create disunity, or a complete fabrication by the gutter press.

At the same time, I wouldn't put it past some to talk to the media like this, as it has happened in the past. Those, such as Chris Knight and a few others trying to make names for themselves, seriously need to question the wisdom of talking to the media about plans for action. And the rest of us need to question the acceptability of that. There's no place for celebritydom in a black bloc - let's stick together and shut the fuck up.

The article in the standard is either a bad attempt by the POLICE to hype things up, some idiot having a laugh quite possibly fash or the Standard itself. There is no basis in reality at all. As someone with his ear to the ground there is NOTHING PLANNED. We would probably have to fight the Army,public and police. The best thing we all could do is not watch the telly (if your daft enough to own one) or listen to the radio.

Does anyone actually care about this bullshit? it's a media invitation to riot, a media showcase to achieve nothing and show the world we're a bunch of violent thugs, don't fall for this, don't go, there are more important things right now to riot about.

If we riot, they'll say we must be stopped, if we don't they'll congratulate themselves on the effective policing (or non-policing), catch 22, but we have NOTHING to gain by disrupting this pointless opiate for the masses.

I beg you, don't go, and don't do anything stupid, in fact the only useful thing you can do is go and watch the wedding, get arrested for not doing anything and claim compensation (then donate some of it). but please don't just give them the excuse because this one is not worth it.

When protest movements start to cross-over and attract widespread support, history teaches the employers / establishment always try to use extremist infiltrators and scare stories to discredit, disrupt and divide sucessfull movements. It's US that should be dividing them (turn the anti-Clegg and anti-AV Lib Dems against the pro-Clegg Lib Dems, turn the cops who are going to get cut against the cops who reckon they're in it for life, etc) not the other way round
