Synchronise Watches …
London Rising Tide | 15.04.2011 18:03 | Tar Sands | Climate Chaos | Energy Crisis | Social Struggles
The more people that attend the bigger the impact … the Tate are on the ropes and we can win this! And as for BP, well they stumble from one PR nightmare to another – they even banned the Gulf of Mexico affected communities from entering the AGM on Thursday!
All we need you to do is come down to the Tate Modern at 2pm on Sunday and lie down for 4 minutes. It’s simple and should be fun.
3 useful things to do to get ready …
1. Check the website so you know all the timings (and so you can Synchronise Watches) : http://www.artnotoil.org.uk/bp weekofaction/flashmob
2. Check www.tfl.gov.uk before you travel 'cause it's Marathon day and transport could take longer than usual - don't want to miss your 4 minutes of sleep-in fun!
3. Have your sleep mask all ready to go: http://artnotoil.org.uk/images /bpweekofaction/sleepmask.pdf
See you in the Tate!
