Rolls Royce sells its soul to the Defenders of Beelzebub

The mother of all wars, Nuclear War, is upon us.

AREVA, the french nuclear giant and EDF partner, are reporting on their website that a deal has been struck between themselves and Rolls Royce, for the car maker to supply parts for new nuclear power stations in the UK and more.

Sir John Rose C.E. Rolls Royce (retirement due this month) also a member of JP Morgan Int. Council and Ex Banker.
Lord Green UK Minister for Trade and Investment
Anna Lauvergeon CEO AREVA

The above signed the deal at Royal Academy of Engineering on 10th March 2011, just a day before the catastrophic earthquake tore down parts of Japan and exposed the frailties of the over rated nuclear industry.

I propose that everybody boycott these buffoons and refuse to buy their cars. I certainly wont be buying another one!

They go on to point out
'AREVA has been chosen to build the nuclear steam generating systems for the first four EPR™ reactors which are planned for construction in the UK by EDF and is competing for a further four reactors for Horizon Nuclear Power.'

So AREVA are working towards building 4 new sites already! Have I missed something here?

Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre has also reached an agreement to act in manufacturing sourcing and as a competence hub for the UK.
All pro nuke ops from here then.

AREVA also deal in the transportation of nuclear waste throughout Europe. An info sheet from there website points to the use of TN81 casks that are capable of carrying 20 canisters (14 tonnes) of compacted waste via the rail network. The sheet reports

'To obtain a transport license from the competent Nuclear Safety Authority, they have to go through a series of drastic resistance tests: 9-meter drop on an unyielded surface, one-meter drop on a punch, fire and immersion tests.'

No problems there then when one takes into account the height of some of the railway embankments that these trains have to navigate while crossing the Alps for example.

To say I'm cross would be deceptive.
