Intelligence has been received that a group of notorious violent thugs will be staging a protest in central London. In the interest of public safety our only option is to use the controversial containment strategy, often referred to as "kettling". In the spirit of David Cameron's Big Society initiative, the general public are being asked to lend a hand in this public order operation.
