Take VAT

Take Vat | 06.02.2011 13:06 | Public sector cuts

ALL VAT HAS JUST RISEN to 20%
so YOUR travel prices are rising and even VAT on the toilet paper you use to wipe your ass has risen, whilst the richest companies are getting away with murder!

...TAKEVAT is a new Mass Action with a particular focus on VAT

***MASSIVE CALL TO ACTION 12TH FEB***

2 separate BLOCS will meet at 2 SECRET LOCATIONS in CENTRAL LONDON at 10.30 on Saturday the 12th of Feb!

From there we will descend upon 2 targets of un-highlighted tax avoidance,
splitting into smaller groups of 2, 3, 4 or 5 or more to ENTER!
so START THINKING ABOUT who your groups will be (a friend you trust or, just as good, come just you and meet someone on the day!)

CONSEQUENTLY WE WILL REGROUP AND CAUSE all sorts of mischief and other such naughtiness,
This will range from speculation, singing, to more naughty stuff on the other end of the scale, so you can choose how you're feeling on the day!
WE WILL THEN BE RE-DECORATING AND REPOSITIONING THE INSIDES OF OUR TARGETS
in order to let the government and companies know they can’t get away with this disgraceful behaviour and the worlds resources are not to be distributed unfairly, at the cost of others.

DRESS CODE = SMART CASUAL
(But comfy enough to RUN AROUND in!!)

Put the date in your calender, SPREAD THE WORD and please invite all
family, friends, enemies, workers, bankers, students, parents, inexperienced, angry ones, frustrated ones, sportsmen and sportswomen, space invaders etc!

THE MORE THE MERRIER !

----------------------------

As a UKUncut-esk action we take the message that these cuts and tax changes are regressive and increase inequality hurting the poor whilst protecting the interest of the rich as well as realising that its up to us to act to stop such injustice and force the change needed, by occupying space and educating the public using wide participation.
