Roger Phillips, a well known BNP activist in Wales has been convicted in court of assaulting a young man who objected to his BNP activities.
Roger Phillips , of Cae Glas, Cross Hands near Llanelli kicked and punched his victim and was found guilty at the local magistrates court.

In court Phillips denied being a racist, nazi or fascist!
This is the man who only a year ago was investigated for allegedly making telephone threats against a Bristol film maker .
