Indymedia admins have been using counter-abuse features (*not IP logging*) to catch spammers . Over two years comments/articles originating from the same two government secure proxies were identified following a tip-off from another website. Their posts represent a concerted dis-information campaign and show a high level of knowledge of activist groups and individuals, and their activities.

But don't take our word for it. Judge for yourself . The file linked to this page is a table of all the posts we have identified to date from these government gateways. The two proxies are identified by either 202 or 303. Enjoy!
