when we were asked to vote,a majour part of promise made were ;COUNCIL'S TO BE MORE ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PUBLIC; (THOSE WHOM VOTED,GAVE PARTY'S COUNCIL CONTROL :)

THROUGH ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST MYSELF, IT WOULD APPEAR THAT
CONSERVATIVE COUNCIL DO NOT TAKE PART/ALLOW DISCLOSURE ,
ABIDE BY KNOW AND RECOGNISED FORMATE REGARDING INVESTIGATIONS.

as previously in written formate,recognised manner.
it would seem that the mayor /mayorees have more pull than leader of a council.

from my experience certain council under the CONSERVATIVE BANNER, take no notice of request for info under government act,that protect us;the people,the voter's.

these action go to influencing court's,dubious solicitor's used,unfounded allegations,
member of social landlord's actual opening mail,(having illegal evicting tenants;);

if i was to appear in court,then the prosecution must grant me full disclosure,
as the law state's,that im entitled to know my accusore,and have all information / evidance to be used in the court.
there are set out recognised procedures to cover my problem.

but; im unlawfully be denied my right of proof and full disclosure.

this englishman,is now a none entity,a displaced person,whom the laws of this wonderfull land are being abused and used by the many.
it is a wonderfull land ,they come to live here from all over the globe,it speaks for its self.

rent paid direct,from housing benefit to landlords.
electronic transfer,
numerous over payment dating back some years,lots of minor payment's;ect; £2.00, £2.75, £10.00,
both social landlords claim that i had not notified of rent changes;
then whom authorised these minor payment in rent sent/transfer/received.

now landlord start taking money from incoming rent,sent back to housing benefit.
now my monthly rent come up short,yes,causing rent arrears.
reason for this action apparently,was to repay said over payment accumulated on my rent
account.

when payment made to full over payment;my rent account should show NO ARREAS NO CREDIT; ZERO

BUT, IN THE HANDS OF THE CORRUPT;
this is not the case,rent account showed areas.
both landlords,housing benefit and county court judge could not see this,
and i was evicted.

having waited 10 month,living away from the area i know and have live for some 50 yrs.

this registered disabled person,with heart condition,having now received death threats recording on mobile,has been informed that my redress,legal approach and full handling of said problem,being handled in a corrupt manner.

how do i become responsible to repay money never received by myself.
whilst there action are explained by;to repay over payment.

SO WHO'S POCKET IS THE ACTUAL OVER PAYMENT IN,IT NEVER BEEN ANY WHERE NEAR MYSELF OR MY BANKING.

remember,there claim i did not notify of rent change,how come housing benefit transfer sum like £2.00, £2.70.
if i did not notify,then there has been illegal transactions on my rent claim.
as with this eviction.

no response from those directing investigation to my many question,no response to info
received from me.

no evidence given to myself to support this ridiculous claim,my document go back for the whole of tenantcy,this is the second time,first time 1999,landlords proven wrong,as would be in accordance with normal procedures.

having send info direct to number 10 from start;and no response.
and backing my previous claims made in; PROMISES MADE PROMISE BROKEN

There are so many spelling and grammatical errors in this article that it doesn't make any sense.

We speak and write English and this article is not English in its current form.

for those whom agree that i have no responsibilty of repaying,and that once these action completed,my rent account should show NO CREDIT NO AREAS.

I gather you are in court for something (not sure what).
I would advise getting the help of someone who can communicate effectively

when you seek help from a solicitor,only to find that the solicitor is being funded by those
taking these un-lawfull actions.
conflict of interest yes being paid by those whom are taking legal actions against myself.


this need a full and impartial investigation;
perhaps dave with your superior education you might like to help,other wise your comment is pointless to me.

with medical problems,loss of memory,some times wot i see is not the same as written.
but would love your in put,instead of a comment.
