Once again SHAC have defied repression and thwarted the Police, CPS and HLS

Once again SHAC have defied repression and thwarted the Police, CPS and HLS by denying them the chance to blacken their name in court and spread lies and disinformation about the SHAC campaign.

By using tactical guilty pleas a show trial has been avoided so no more hysterical 'evidence' about aledged grave robbing and paedophile letters could be exposed.

Three defendants will be sentenced later one has been cleared.

We never give in.

Why this is a victory

SHAC has achieved exactly the targets it set out to with this tactical guilty plea. All of the defendents were entirly innocent of all the charges however to prevent fabricated police evidence being presented in court they pled guilty to prevent it being admitted. Ergo = total SHAC victory
