Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar started their affair at their place of employment East Port Walmart and everyone working in that store helped them to hide their affair and Eric Carlson's appearance from Terry Wagar!
Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar get nick names from their co=workers, Doubleclick and Mrs Dash! Terry Wagar started becoming ill after Joan Wagar got that nick name from Walmart!
I do not know when they started framing Terry Wagar using Eric Carlson as a body double but I do know they set me up for traffic tickets and that warrants were issued, they bragged about it in 2007 on a long audio death threat they gave me!
My wife Joan Wagar has access to a body double of me and she has access to my ID so I guess they can frame me for anything! Joan Wagar also had access to my DNA as well, which makes their crimes very sick because at some point they started framing me as a pedophile!
In 2007 I caught on a audio recorder Eric Carlson and a man named John Ray break into our home and they molested my daughter who slept in her room at the time, and my wife Joan Wagar was the one that helped them to break in by opening her bedroom window for them!
I was sleeping on the coach at the time and awoke hearing whispering coming from the hallway, I suspected at the time I was catching my wife in an affair since she was one of the whisperers so I got up and put a audio recorder in my wife's purse that was in the living room and then I laid back down on the couch pretending to be asleep and trying to listen!
I could not hear much of anything but the recorder was in front of the hallway and picked up a lot, I was being framed as a pedophile by my wife and her lover and their were several detectives helping them, one of which, a John Ray, was crawling back and forth through my wife's bedroom window!
I was being poisoned by these people and I was very ill at the time I had internal bleeding but the hospital would not admit I was being poisoned, my wife's lover Eric Carlson has relatives in law enforcement and those investigators that were helping to frame me were also responsible for covering it up at the hospital!
I can testify to that considering they confessed to it on a very long audio death threat they put in my daughters apartment!
Eric Carlson, Joan Wagar, John Ray, and others in law enforcement were having fun framing me for a multitude of crimes and they were bragging about it at Clackamas Walmart in early 2007, and they bragged to workers there what little Eric Carlson has to do to impersonate me and they were all laughing about it! everyone at Clackamas Walmart thinks it's funny that their poisoning people and molesting children!
I have since caught Eric Carlson on video outside my apartment and he was exposing himself to children, and he was with investigators at the time!
They brag on another audio death threat that I'm under video surveillance and that if I don't do what they want they will kill me and my daughter and their promising that I'm "Gonna see it!" if I don't!

These officer's are responsible for giving my wife joan Wagar and her lover Eric Carlson permission to poison me to death and they covered it up repeatedly at the OHSU in 2005 thru 2007, now their caught on video renting the apartment above me and my daughters apartment and they are caught admitting they were waiting for my daughter! my daughter was walking the dog at the time!
The three detectives went upstairs to the apartment above me while a forth person, also wearing green waited in a car parked along side the apartment building!
As Shawna Wagar approached the car flashed it's headlights at her and she went to the car and got in!
The car took off down the road, about forty seconds later the same car came back and pulled into the parking lot, Shawna Wagar once again is on foot walking towards our apartment!
The driver of the car is acting like he don't know her but he had an instruction to give her and she laughed at what he said, he went upstairs to the apartment above us where the other three went!
As Shawna came inside I asked her before picking up the camcorder which stairs he took and she lied saying he took the other stairs!
I was poisoned just a few days before this and the poisoners are not hiding the fact they gave me a audio death threat! my daughter is one of them and she is caught trying to hide it!
Is this enough to identify who the hell is blackmailing me!

I caught my wife and her lover and there relatives and friends in authority here in portland oregon in a very large murder conspiracy and I caught it on a audio recorder.
I have been poisoned repeatedly by these people and they are not hiding the fact that there here to finish me off.
They are renting multiple apt's here and they were using Eric Carlson as a body double and they paid kids to make false charges against me.
The portland police refuse to do a damn thing.
Police don't care these people are caught on video as well as audio involved in a murder conspiracy.
I uploaded a video of our parking lot showing how this lady is talking to a man from apt 102 at around 6 in the morning.
The man she spoke with made it very clear he has it out for me.
There is no way he could have known I was sitting on that coach because all our lights were out, yet he knew I was recording them and knew I was on our coach watching them.
He was the lurker waiting for me across the street.
This video shows this lady heading to the stairs above my daughters apartment.
On the video of our parking lot this same lady was heading towards apt 102 which is on the ground floor and is two apartments away from us.
Like I said there renting multiple apartments here and there here to frame and murder me, they call it pedofied.

Since then this lady tries to avoid her face showing in my direction and tries to avoid me.

This lady is the one that was by my window as Eric Carlson walked past and she said into our window "look out the window Terry!" like I said that's not hiding it that's admitting to what was going on outside and they wanted me to see it.
On there death threat we recieved several days before that they said on that I will see it.
