Bullshit

I'm no fan of the NCAFC, but even I can see the 20th call-out is bullshit now. Especially when you try and pretend to be a French student - and try and lead people to the facebook page by claiming the link is to a 'french song of resistance'.

Not very clever, whoever's behind it.

We don't need your permission or endorsement to protest.

15.12.2010 17:18

Get over yourselves you student "leaders". We don't have leaders in our world and will protest on the 20th along with 1000's of others. We don't need your stewards working together hand in hand with the vile fascist coppers.
You say we wont be safe on this march-were we safe on yours on the 9th? Did your security and stewards try and stop the maniac baton wielding thugs who attacked us? No.
Your "official" march is too far away-we need as much disruption as possible. Stop doing a "Stop the War" and destroying a movement.
To the streets! The Greeks showed us today how to do it properly!

Some advice...

... if you are trying to hard sell your event, you really shouldn't try and trick people onto the Facebook page with a link to a supposed 'French song of resistance'.

I'm all for grassroots, non-hierarchical demos, but this whole thing just fucking stinks.

Don't let 'leaders' try to take over the movement. But equally, don't immediately go along with any fucking nutjob with a facebook page.
