This Saturday December 4th UK Uncut will be taking to the high streets once again to escalate our action against Vodafone and take on a brand new tax-dodging target. As announced by the Guardian on Tuesday, the new target is Britain’s most notorious tax-avoider Sir Philip Green and his vast retail empire. We need you!

At the same time as making massive cuts to public services, this government is letting rich individuals and corporations avoid billions of pounds of tax. Join UK Uncut’s Big Society Revenue & Customs (BSRC) and become part of an army of citizen volunteers determined to make wealthy tax avoiders pay

On Saturday, take action right at the heart of Philip Green’s Arcadia empire. The London action will start by targeting Topshop Oxford Street, the biggest single fashion retail store on the planet.

Meet inside the store to be ready to start at 11:02. Check back here for specifics in the next few days. Dresscode: shoppers. We will start with a noise demo – bring whistles, bring horns, bring pots and pans, bring vuvuzelas. Central London is a hotspot for the Arcadia empire, so come prepared with food and warm clothing… we want to stick around!

Check out the website for loads more info about Phillip Green’s dodgy practices and about past UK Uncut actions.

Get prepared. Get excited. See you on the high streets.
