I believe I am one of the select numbers who make up the unclaimed billionaires. We are the characters mentioned din aggregated status who is blamed for the huge welfare benefit payouts. In truth we are not claiming what is owed to us. And when totted up, the unclaimed sums would exceed a few billion pounds sterling.
So how did we get here?
