North Korea gets the blame as South deliberately shells its own civilians in attempt to get ANOTHER war started. It's a CIA false flag black op intended to boost the world economy by making people spend more money on the military. Before the operation even military budgets were being slashed in response to the economic crisis, flying in the face of all economic wisdom.

But the military Keynsians at the defense ministries had other ideas, and they sent the super-secret Unit Five of the South Korean Army in to shell their own island, creating just the demand for weapons the global economy needs. With any "luck" the North will explode a nuclear bomb soon, destroying a whole city -which then has to be rebuilt from scratch, along with North Korea itsself.
