The Great Reskilling, a new programme of weekend workshops in collaboration with LILI (Low Impact Living Iniative), has just been launched this week!
To see the line-up, see below or check out the poster attached (feel free to put the poster up anywhere also!). We've got some fantastic tutors, and we've kept the prices incredibly low for weekend workshops as we believe education in traditional skills should be available to all.
The programme begins at the start of 2011, and we're now taking bookings to give you the chance to buy one as a very alternative Christmas present!! (bushcraft skills may be more important than ipods in the future!)

#3 Gardening for Bees
A weekend with the BBC's Brigit Strawbridge, learning everything about bees, how to make Bee Hotels and how to garden for them.
Dates: Sat & Sun 12th and 13th March, 9am-5pm Fee: £70
#4 Build the Ultimate Compost Loo
Nick Ward shows us how to design, and construct, a compost toilet that will work best for you and your plants. Includes rainwater harvesting and urinals.
Date: Sat & Sun 19th and 20th March, 9am-5pm Fee: £75
#5 Seed Saving
Join Peter Andrews to learn not only how to save your own seeds, but how to set up and run a local seed-swapping club.
Date: Sat 26th March, 10am-5pm Fees: £20
#6 Willow basket and sculpture making
In two days Andy Southwell will show us how to make beautiful baskets and sculptures out of locally grown willow.
Date: Sat & Sun 2nd and 3rd April, 9am-5pm Fee: £95
#7 Make perfect Compost
Nicky Scott – author of How to Make and Use Compost – will spend the weekend teaching and demonstrating to us how to make really useful compost.
Date: Sat & Sun 9th and 10th April, 9am-5pm Fee: £75
#8 Conscious Communication
Based on Non-violent Communication (NVC), take a journey with Laurel Pyne to discover healthier, more heart-centred ways of communicating.
Date: Sat & Sun 16th and 17th Arpil, 9am-5pm Fee: £75
Optionals: Farmhouse £15 B&B per night. Camping: £5 per night.
Meals: £7.50 Dinner, £5 lunch.
