Manchester Anti-Cuts meeting, Wednesday, Central Hall 7:30.

Manchester Anti_cuts | 14.11.2010 16:38 | Education | Public sector cuts | Social Struggles

There will be a meeting next Wednesday at Central hall, Oldham Street, Manchester city centre to begin discussing and planning how we resist the cuts here in Manchester.

Pissed off about the Cuts?

Worried about how they'll affect your local community?

Want to take action against them?

We are a new group that has formed to start taking action against the cuts here in Manchester. We don't believe the government when they say we're all in this together. Damage to our lifestyles is not necessary or inevitable, we don't think we should pay for their crisis. We are committed to organising ourselves and taking direct action against the cuts as we don't think we can rely on the people implementing the cuts to stop them out of the goodness of their hearts.

Last weeks the students showed that people are angry and willing to do something as the cuts begin to happen.

If your interested in finding out about what people in Manchester are planning on doing in the near future or have your own ideas and want to get involved then please come down.

We look forward to Seeing you there
