Return of the Hoogstraten scum.

The ghosts and ghouls are on the move and Hoogstraten, landlord, known gangster and criminal is back and up to his usual tricks.
It is the season of ghosts and ghouls and an appropriate time for the scum known as Nicholas Hoogstraten to climb out of his coffin.
In today's "Argus" a paper that covers Brighton and East Sussex, his picture takes up the full cover of the paper. Hoogstraten is a criminal, gangster and murderer. He delights in evicting people from his properties and uses violence to sort out those who oppose him. This extends to murder and serious injuries. He is truly sick scum and has ruled with fear and violence for decades. It appears that he can escape justice and presumably pays people off.
The "Argus" acts as a PR outfit for him and makes him seem like a dutiful if difficult landlord. Does he pay them for this publicity?
The reality is that on 2 November, he broke into a doctor's surgery in Eaton Gardens, Hove, a property he owns evidently, he boarded the entrance and changed locks to stop entry by anyone at the doctors the next day. He claims that the doctors owe him money but he has not gone about this is a lawful manner. This is the norm for him.
So, from 3 November onwards patients of this doctor have been unable to attend the surgery for appointments, or anything else. Many elderly patients went there for their flu jabs to find it all barricaded and locked.
The way the report in "The Argus" reads, he was quite entitled to do this. He was not and as usual, he acts like a thug and gangster with no consideration for anything, or anyone.
Hoogstraten is also a known tax evader. He succeeded in getting away with this as he threatend and intimidated all the Tax Inspectors who were trying to tackle him over his illegal tax evasion. The sums were thought to be in the millions. One tax inspector who was handed the case, interviewed Hoogstraten who denied everything put to him despite a lot of evidence. When the tax inspector had finished the interview, he went to the loo to find one of Hoogstraten's minders there waiting for him. The chap was threatened that he should drop the case, or face the consequences. He was told that Hoogstraten knew where he lived, where his kids went to school. He refused to continue with the case. This has been repeated time and time again with the result that Hoogstraten has got away with his tax evasion by thuggery.
A charmer but no doubt a Tory voter. Does he pay Police off as well? How does he survive when he acts like this? Freemason perhaps?
