TItnore emergency meeting

POW! | 04.11.2010 07:37 | South Coast

The farmer who owns the Titnore woodland in Worthing, West Sussex, that may still be under threat from the developers has issued an ultimatum to the Guardians who are still living there – leave or I’ll chop the trees down. Although this may be just an empty threat we do have to take it seriously.

We are therefore appealing for as many of you as possible to get to the woods and support the Guardians, a quick visit or longer stay, anything will help. The more who are seen to be visiting will also send a message to the landowner to behave himself. Latest directions at www.protectourwoodland.co.uk/tea.htm

Finally there will be an Emergency Planning Meeting at the camp starting at 1pm, this Sunday 7 November. If you do nothing else please attend this meeting.

Many thanks
