Protest and Serve

Superintendent Julian Moss, of Avon & Somerset police | 25.10.2010 16:22

My boys were great on Saturday.
Next time expect the same only more of it!
Lets face it - they can make up a better story of events than any Evening Post jurno.
As for the banner, well, we all needed a bit of cheering up on such a filthy day.
The sooner you lot learn that we are facing difficult times too the better. Its not only you that are under pressure to demonstrate. We have to demonstrate that we can up-hold OUR law and order. Understand?
Our dogs are hungry and are only too eager to sink their teeth into some red's lazy arse.
You refer to the officer on the horse, you are so right. He IS itching to crack skulls and thats why he's on duty at such occassions.
But if you remain in any doubt - I have a lot more and greater force at my disposal.
As for that last comment posted here - notice it has gone - not even in the 'hidden' pages. Our powers are greater than yours and no, we will not be put off by kids and babies being in the crowd rather than at home where they should be.
If you want to follow up with your threats, then do your worse...
