I certainly wouldn't call it advertising- its not as if their target audience read indymedia is it.

I think you may be overeacting slightly mate. If we were to follow this logic then we would never hear of any of the EDL marches on Indymedia- well, we wouldn't want to advertise them would we.

One more point- since when has indymedia only been for anarchists and marxists anyway? I think you need to take a step back and reevaluate your personal politics mate, they sound a bit naive.
