The pressure was kept up on Beyond Retro today due to their continued sale of real fur.

The pressure was kept up on Beyond Retro today due to their continued sale of real fur.

Activists held a noisy demonstration outside their Bethnel Green shop (Reflextion House, 110-112 Cheshire Street, Bethnel Green, London, E2 6EJ // 020 7613 3636), letting their customers know about the cruel trade they support. Many turner away and others were given information about exposes of the fur industry and ways they can help bring it to an end. The demonstrations seem to be growing in both numbers and effect, with lots of custom lost as a result and company management looking concerned.

Next, campaigners headed down to the Soho store (58-59 Great Marlborough Street, W1F 7JY // 020 7434 1406) where another demo was held. Against, customers turned away and support was received.

Get invovled in the campaign and help stop London's fur industry. The coming year is the final push by the British Fur Trade Association (BFTA) to get real fur back in shops, so we must be out there daily confronting it in the streets.
