as it says in the guidelines -  http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/regions/oxford/static/editorial.html. I was about to remove this article from the newswire until somebody told me what the relevance to Oxford was (i.e. Oxford folk were there). I have edited the article to reflect this.
PS - National / International news with no specific Oxford connection can still be posted on UK Inidymedia.
