Survey finds out how people really feel about their Banks
A survey by a leading financial organisation has revealed that 7 out of 10 customers are dissatisfied with their Bank. Most of the complaints relate to over-charging, with many describing their Banks as motivated entirely by greed. Customers are being advised to make Formal Complaints to Banks over matters like Bank-Charges, and if necessary to write to their MPs.
