Before getting into the core of the matter some clarifications need to be made. And, as her mother Ornella Gemini says, the cause of his death must not be detached from main investigation!

Now we go to the gist of the matter. According to investigators, the companies involved from Arezzo and San Marino had off shore companies in London. For goodness sake, there is nothing wrong with it, even if it is ethically deplorable. As stated by this site specialized ( http://paradisifiscali.myblog.it/archive/2009/06/06/costituire-una-societa-offshore-a-londra-uk.html)on the matter, it is convenient to open companies in London from a fiscal point of view. Moreover, opening them is really cheap: a few Euros are enough. In addition there are no notary costs and companies can be opened in three days. Just like, in fact, a tax haven. London just like San Marino.

Obviously I must mention at this point the other two investigations similar to the Premium, the Eutelia and Telecom Fastweb cases, where it has come out that having these companies in London is convenient for money laundering, also with the involvement of the 'ndrangheta [Calabrian Mafia]. Notice anything strange? Read the last line: Niki Aprile Gatti would have resigned on November 1st 2008! Now it's a shame that the mother had not known this before: she would have travelled to London to see his son alive hug him for the last time. I am saying this because five months before resigning from the London company, Niki was already dead! He was killed on the bloody day of June 24th 2008! Then it is also curious to find out on internet this document ( http://www.innobox.co.uk/downloads/Innobox%20Incorp%20Memorandum.pdf)where a Keith Kahan is appointed as representative for Temple Secretaries Limited. And doing some research it looks like he is a prestigious lawyer of Jewish origin .

But there is nothing sacred about this company; is it exclusively about something profane. Thanks to a girl in London that flagged this out, we know that this company was denounced for a million pound scam. But it looks like that even in this case everything went up in smoke.

I hope the Public Prosecutor's Office in Florence have analysed this. But why does he not leak anything, even when the investigation is over?

Niki Aprile Gatti is dead, we hope that some other good magistrate wants to see things clearly. Because at the moment nothing is really clear!
