Marina O'Connell has 20 years experience of Biodynamic growing and has taught these methods at Otley Agricultural College in Suffolk and at The Apricot Centre in Essex.
She runs a small organic fruit farm in the Stour Valley and the Apricot Centre on the farm, working in schools and running a wide range of courses on Sustainable living.
