El Al Stop Flying Primates For Vivisection

Israel's national airline, El Al, have today announced that, following an international campaign, they are ending the transport of primates, or any other animal, which are to be used in vivisection.

Israel's national airline, El Al, have today announced that, following an international campaign, they are ending the transport of primates, or any other animal, which are to be used in vivisection.

This is an amazing victory and not to be underestimated. Not only were El Al flying primates into Heathrow Airport in the UK, but the sole company responsible for transporting monkeys for the Mazor Farm, which gains 90% of its business exporting animals to the UK, USA and Germany.

El Al were the primary target for our Gateway to Hell Campaign, so we will now be focusing our efforts on those involved in Manchester Airport.

Many thanks to everybody globally who got involved in protests, sending emails to the airline and especially the Free the Mazor Monkeys campaign in Israel who headed actions against El Al at their Head Office.

Someone has done something awesome but have not at the same time managed to stop the Israeli occupation of Palestine. If you are so utterly perfect YOU sort it out and the rest of us will do what we can. BTW animal rights activists DO care about Gaza and do campaign on this issue so get your facts right and stop whining.

Great going guys, Intifada night and day no offence but your not helping your (and my) course by disrespecting others, we all want justice in the middle east. But we also want justice for the animals of this planet. An Israel company has done something good, isn't that good??? Isn't that a sep in the right direction?? Shouldn't that be celebrated? If there was a just peace (or more likely a small step in the right direction) in the middle east we wouldn't be spamming those articles with what about the animals we would comment positively about that step.
