The English Defence League are a racist, Zionist led Islamophobic organisation who have rioted in Dudely, attacked family homes in Dudley scaring children, smashed cars, smashed shops, put a pigs head on a Mosque, staged roof top protests & encouraged a minor from the English Defence Youth member Bodie Holt to stage a roof top protest. They meet tonight in Poets Corner pub in Dudley.

The English Defence League EDL will be meeting tonight from 7pm until 10pm in the Poets Corner Pub, Pensnett High Street in the Brierly Hill area of Dudley. The pub is opposite the Russells Hospital.

All anti fascists in the Dudley, Birmingham and other West Midlands areas are urged to attand the public meeting, the first to be held by the new English Defence League Dudley Division.

If you prefer you can call the pub and ask them if they know that violent fascist nazi scum are holding meetings in their premises and ask them to bar them or call the police. Tell the landlord that the EDL have rioted, attacked the police, smashed shops, homes, cars, caused road accidenst while running out in front of cars while rioting they blamed a serious collision on the driver, the collision led to injuries requiring hospital treatment. Their last riot in Dudley cost the taxpayer £1 million.

A man was shot in the leg in an earlier incident in the pub. We do not know if it is connected to EDL. The EDL meeting is still on. Meeting at the pub at 7pm.

Are you gonna tell the landlord about how militant anti-fascists and anarchists across the world advocate these very tactics as acceptable forms of protest. Ive been on protests as an anarchist and seen riots, attacks on police, shops smashed, cars attacked. And if i remember rightly, wasnt one of the first RTS protests started by deliberatley causing a car crash on a motorway?

You are right to challenge the EDL about its views but try and keep a little bit of perspective on things and avoid blatant hypocrisy.

Nah, i reckon they're more pleased about the EDL making younger muslims more susceptible to their message, in a similar way to how a handful of nutty islamic fundies have managed to make some non-muslims more susceptible to the bollocks of the EDL and other assorted fash.

In contrast, white, secular anarchists and lefties offering solidarity to muslims and asians on the basis of their common interests undermines the arguments and logic of the islamic fundamentalists, and the fash. Thats why they hate us.
