This saturday 21st august there is the regular peoples assembly (PA) of democracy village at victoria tower gardens the park next to Parliament in the afternoon, 1-4/5 ish.

The focus discussion this week is on creating and organising a democracy rally in October,other weeks there will be discussions on topics such as renewable energy,sustainability,civil liberties,electoral reform ,land reform or redistribution,peace and reconciliation,climate crisis.

As well as after the discussions time for some non violent direct action or some community action.Which usually involves jumping over the fence into parliament square for the activist fence jumping olympics at which the police seem highly reluctant to arrest anyone and the orange jacketed security take the prize for the slowest security ever seen in an protest in the last 2 decades.
