Money for EDL comes from Central Government, MI5, MI6, GCHQ, Special Branch, FIT...
EDL is a very useful tool to all of these in stirring up "trouble" and bringing out "lefties", so that they can be photographed and profiled. When the oil starts running out and society collapses then these are the people who will be rounded up and put into concentration camps.
