Len Miskulin has been on hunger strike since 26 June 2010, surviving on water and vitamin supplements.

Len (59) resorted to the desperate measure as the one remaining means of making his story heard, and the Parliament Square as the place where it cannot be ignored.
Jobless and homeless, having had his assets seized by the state, he has been denied access to his two children and has not seen them for 10 years. He has been campaigning for fathers and children’s rights ever since and is a founder member of a Live Beat Dads UK.

Manhandled during the eviction of Democracy Village from Parliament Square Gardens, when he was neither part of the protest nor part of the eviction order, Len, into his 25th day of hunger strike, collapsed on the ground surrounded by protesters and bailiffs.
Len continues his hunger strike on the Parliament Square pavement.

Len’s campaign demands:

1 removal of gagging order
2 promise to deal with (state) criminals involved in his case
3 return of his assets
4 complete review of family law and to put a stop to family courts conducting their business behind closed doors and in complete secrecy.
