Animal rights campaigner Mel Broughton has been found guilty of charges relating to incidents at Oxford University's Templeton College and The Queen's College cricket pavilion.

Animal rights campaigner Mel Broughton has been found guilty of charges relating to incidents at Oxford University's Templeton College and The Queen's College cricket pavilion.

Broughton, 50, of Semilong Road, Northampton, had denied conspiracy to commit arson and an alternative charge of possession of an article with intent to to destroy property.

Jurors reached their verdict at Oxford Crown Court this morning.
