Video of EDL and muslim counter demo clash in Barking

Here is video footage of the EDL demonstration in Barking on the 15th of June. Which includes footage of the muslim anti-troops demonstration:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umaGksH2Xss

Around a couple of hundred EDL supporters joined about a thousand people in Barking town centre to welcome home troops from Afghanistan. About a hundred muslim counter demonstrators also turned up to protest against the troops home coming parade. Protesters from both side briefly clashed but were driven back by police.

i imagine the majority of people there were not edl but bet your life some will be now these anti british muslim extremist taking to the streets is the best propoganda the edl could wish for why didnt we on the left got on the streets to oppose these religous fanatics???

Can Indymedia remove or block postings from Joe Blogs / Jo Blogs?

Joe Blogs / Jo Blogs has written comments against the organisation Women Against Rape. He has written other anti women postings. He's written racist, Islamophobic and derogatory comments against a writer who wrote the words Allah Hu Akbar at the end of article.
Indy should remove any postings from someone who hates Women Against Rape, hates women and hates Muslims.

because it was day for the people of dagenham to welcome back soldiers who had just served a tour of duty in afganistan.

regardless of what your opinion is of the war, it was for those men and women.

the radical muslims and edl both wanted to use it for their own agenda.
