Ryanair has now been banned of charging extra on credit cards and debit cards in Germany. A move by the german OFT (VZBV in german), who took ryan air to court about 1 1/2 years ago has now been banned from charging extra on credit or debit cards in Germany, since the customer cannot pay via cash. The judges said, a cash option is not nesessary, but if it's not an option, no extra fees allowed. This is a fairer way of charging customers.
