Rolls Royce targeted

Last night the distribution center of the Rolls Royce factory in Derby was targeted by autonomous individuals against the war machine.

The gates were d-locked and the walls were covered in graffiti stating that "Rolls Royce profits from the war machine." "Fuck Rolls Royce."

The war machine puts profit and power over the lives of people, companies like Rolls Royce are part of this. The war machine exemplifies the ways in which the rich and powerful oppress and dispossess the majority of people, destroying homes and communities, enforcing migration, and irrevocably harming land bases.

Fuck the war machine.
Fuck Rolls Royce.
Resist Now.

shit. you really hit their business hard. probably have to spend a few quid on cleaning the paint and unlocking the gates. wow. wish i was so brave....

you really want to target the war machine? do something better. this is wors than... this is just shit.

you could have at least smashed something!

Its not being a troll, its being pragmatic and not living in a dream world.

Basically, you've done 3 minutes of work and patted youself on the back. Its insulting that you've walked away from the problem thinking you have made a valuable difference rather than staying there and getting the job done.

I believe your aim is to stop bombs. Correct?
So why the fuck did you then instead settle for locking a gate that can be opened in 2 seconds and think thats a JOB DONE?

You only have the right to be congratulated on RESULTS. I don't care if its 2minutes work or 2years. If you get results then you are congratulated. Nothing = no congratulations.

Its like telling a small child a big welldone when they've given 10p to charity to end world poverty. Its not going to have any effect and any congratulatory behaviour is a patronising lie. The child is happy to walk away with no guilt safe in the knowledge that they've stopped world poverty. Bollox..... they've done NOTHING. All what you are doing is saying to the child "Right, you don't need to do anything more. The job is finished."

is it not a valid question to ask what the outcome of this action was, what the people who did it hoped to gain? as far as i can see, ultimately it does nothing. you just post it up on indymedia, and pat yourself on the back. but what has it achieved? surely, this should be a place for us to debate the usefullness of our actions? this one seemed pretty useless to me. if you are lucky, you may have caused, and i repeat *may* have caused about a £100 worth of damage to the company. shit, you are making the multi bililon company quiver in its boots. you could have at least smashed up a few of their cars!
