Feeling conflicted by the I'm an anarchist/but the chartists and suffragettes, dichotomy?- balence it out a bit with stickers.

Stickers

I left a trail of 'Don't vote, take control' Afed stickers up the road - after going to vote! It's not lawful to put political stickers in polling booths (or take photos either, how did you manage that?)

Who cares if it's not lawful to sticker a voting booth?

Even better than pre-made single-issue stickers, write your own on sticky labels (eg about the need to overthrow the system as a whole)... sneak them in up your sleeve, easy!

It is certainly not unlawful, under common law, to put up a sticker or take a photograph in a polling station. Can any one identify any specific act of parliament which sugests it may be illegal under statute legislation?

Why is everyone so worried that they maybe doing something that may be against parleaments wishes, whilst they go about their lawful business? I took a several flash photographs of my ballot paper and on one complained.

Why it is illegal to take photos in a polling station

1) so as not to intimidate voters.

2) to stop people selling their vote (or being forced to vote one way by their landlord/employer and using the photograph as proof. This was very common an one time. It's not allowed to sign your name on the ballot for the same reason.

Not that I voted myself, I'm not sure any of the main parties are much different to each other. But if you want to, I'm sure it does not harm either.

Thats great, you got that real arty farty soft focus, or digital digital focal length through the bottom of a beer glass. Which renders the whole thing unreadable, but yeah real cool..
