Clarification

So, for the historical record, my sponsors (the Iranian regime) and I are stating in this cartoon that:

1. The Islamic Republic of Iran has no weapons of mass destruction - chemical, biological or nuclear - and never has had (for example we never used them during the Great Patriotic war against the infidel regime of Saddam Hussein in the 1980s).
2. We have no intention of acquiring or developing any such capacity, especially not nuclear, oh no.
3. We are a peace-loving regime and no threat to any other country or entity in the regime, not even the regime occupying Jerusalem.
4. Bunnies, flowers, tweeting birds etc.
5. I'm sorry, when does my next cheque arrive?
