Keep Britain Tidy has launched a "Dirty Pig" Police Enforcement Officer Campaign in Louth. Litter louts in Louth will be fined by "Dirty Pig" police enforcement officers.

Are you saying people should drop litter?

Or is the point of you posting this to criticise the use of CCTV surveillance for minor things like dropping litter?

Or are you saying this initiative is a good thing because litter makes the place look unsightly?
