Coventry University Closes Animal Labs

The University of Coventry, up until recently, conducted cruel experiments on animals, including rabbits and rodents, to see the effects of various criteria related to the human heart.

Animal Liberation Front volunteers raided the laboratory on at least two occassions, removing animals, causing damage and taking research information to expose what was happening.

In 2007, the lab was open according to all available data, however we have received information which confirms this centre of animal experimentation has now closed down for good and that the University of Coventry are no longer conducting vivisection.

Please note, this is not to be confused with the University of Warwick, also in Coventry, who continue animal testing.

Is this the same person who does the ALIU posts?

Is it a part of the same campaign? It's written by the same person.

beleive that they are written by the crack fox from the Mighy Boosh. He was telling me this on his visit to Camden. That dastardly bastard!

On a serious note...
Which ever different groups are involved in this information spreading - good on them. This movement needs efficiency and to change every now and then; taking on the universities seems like a very logical step.
