Undercurrents filming shoppers occupying Waitrose supermarket in London in protest over the support for illegal settlements in Israel. Much of the produce sold as 'Israel' actually comes from stolen lands in Palestine.

And put the blame where it belongs.

It isn't MUCH of the produce; it's SOME of the produce. Most of the produce labeled "from Israel" is in fact from Israel.

And this isn't being done to fool the consumer but to fool your import controls. And it isn't just stuff produced by Israelis in the occupied West Bank but stuff coming from the Palestinians themselves also being "mislabeled" (by them).

Might I humbly suggest that you address your own government about this? (and other EU governments). They are the ones responsible for the goods paying less duty, etc. if labeled "from Israel" than if labeled "from Palestine".

good idea!

althoguh waitrose is fucking expensive, they don't have any shareholders and all the staff are considered partners in the company, and its the staff that get a generous bonus once a year, about 5%.
also the staff can get a say in how the company is directed, and what direction it takes, and over the years it has developed a more responsible moral attidude, they own a lot of their own farms, and i'm sure a lot of these protests would help the staff decide how to change their ways.

anyway, a few years ago they stopped selling fois gras goose pete as loads of protesters were protesting of how cruel the production is, so i'm guessing Waitrose holds battery-forcedfed geese in higher esteem than Palestinians!

Not the only possible explanation

"so i'm guessing Waitrose holds battery-forcedfed geese in higher esteem than Palestinians!"

You must also consider whether they or their customer base contain a siginificant percentage of "Zionists". Remember, any business that publicly gives in to taking your side on this issue will lose their "Zionist" customers. And that wouldn't be for just a little while but forever.

Research targets well.
